Home School Association
St. Ambrose School is one of six Catholic Schools in the City of Bridgeport, The Cathedral Education Cluster offers pre-K through Grade 8. All parents/Guardians are encouraged to become members of the Home School Association.  This group concentrates its efforts on sponsoring community-building activities, providing parent enrichment programs, raising funds, and promoting increased communication between the parents and the school staff.

The HSA, through the Volunteer Coordinator, provides volunteers for in-school and out-of-school activities.  Parents/Guardians are encouraged to become involved in the daily life of the school as they are able.  There are many needs for volunteers during the day, within and without the classrooms, in the office, in the school in general, or at home.  Not only is volunteering a valuable service to the school, but it is also good for the children to see their parents/guardians in the role.  Please contact us you are interested in becoming involved with the Home School Association.

St. Ambrose always needs volunteers to help provide a nurturing, learning and safe environment for our children.  If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, the first step is to print the form below and submit the completed form to our school office. Volunteers must also complete the Diocesan VIRTUS program (the schedule is available in forms below).
