SCHOOL HOURS:
7:50am to 2:00pm
The school doors are opened for students at 7:30 AM. Students should be in school by 7:40am. The LATE BELL rings at 7:50am. Students not in their homeroom at 7:50 AM are considered tardy.
Students not picked up by 2:15 will be sent to the After School Program. Parents are charged the daily per child rate for this program.
Early Dismissal (half day) is at 12:00 noon.
OFFICE HOURS:
7:30am to 3:30pm when school is in session. On days of early dismissal the Office may close early.
Summer office hours: 9:00am to 1:00pm. During the summer (June 30 – August 15) the hours vary. They will be posted on the front door of the school and on the answering machine. E-mail and Voice mail is checked daily.
Busing is available to students residing in the City of Bridgeport who live more than one mile from school. See the school secretary for a bus request.

These guidelines are provided to help you and your child understand the school’s procedures, rules, and policies. Please review them with your child/children and call the Office if you have any questions.
Acknowledgement Form
The Parent/Student Handbook are written to inform all families of the rules, regulations and policies of St. Peter School. They are given to each family every year. The guidelines should be kept for reference throughout the year. Please sign and return this form to the school as soon as possible.
School Reach Information Form - Parent Alert
We use the School Reach Parent Alert System to inform parents of snow days, emergency early dismissals due to snow or other emergency, to send important reminders /announcements. It is important that we have accurate information regarding who to contact.
Permission Slip (Parents must fill in the blanks)
The permission slip must be signed and returned before the trip in order for your child to participate.

Photo Permission Slip
Gives permission to St. Peter School, its agents and representatives to take photographs and/or videos of your child while he/she is participating in school-sponsored activities for as long as he/she is a student at the school. It allows the School to use these photos in the yearbook, media (including print and internet) and other promotional materials - names will not be included.

After School Information & Registration
If you are interested in enrolling in our After-School Program, please complete this form and submit it to the school office. It is very important that we have telephone numbers in case of emergencies such as illness, injury or snow.
